Who is responsible

Data used to run the website
Our hosting provider, Hostinger, and site security services may process technical access records such as IP address, browser details, requested address and time of access to deliver pages, investigate failures and prevent abuse. We use these records for the legitimate interest of operating and securing the site. Access is limited to the operator and relevant service providers.
WordPress and Jetpack provide administration, security and site connectivity. Public comments are closed and the site does not offer visitor account registration. The launch pages contain no newsletter signup or contact form. Jetpack visitor statistics have been disabled.
Contact by email
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. We use it to answer your inquiry, handle a correction or respond to a privacy request. This processing serves our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence and, where applicable, a legal obligation to handle data-rights requests. Do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Planning tools
The calculators, inventory, packing checklist and label generator process your entries in the current browser page. Their code does not send those entries to our server or save them in browser storage. Refreshing the page clears them. A CSV download or printed label is created at your request and remains under your control.
Optional analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site use when the service is enabled and consent permits it. Google may process device and browser information, page visits, interactions and cookie identifiers. Advertising through Google AdSense is subject to site approval. When available, Google and its partners may use device information, cookies and identifiers to deliver and measure ads according to your choices.
Google Privacy & Messaging presents the applicable consent options. You can reject optional purposes, choose preferences or withdraw consent through Privacy and cookie settings. We rely on consent for optional analytics and advertising cookies where required. Rejecting them does not prevent access to the guides and tools.

Retention and international processing
We keep correspondence and operational records only while needed for their stated purpose, resolving an issue or complying with applicable obligations; unnecessary data is removed. Provider logs and consent records have their own operational retention periods. Retention depends on the purpose of the record, resolution of the issue and any applicable legal retention obligation.
Google, Automattic and hosting or email services may process information outside your country, including the United States. The relevant provider privacy notices describe their transfer mechanisms and safeguards. We do not sell tool entries or upload them to advertising services.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability of your personal data. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email the address above with your request; we may need proportionate information to confirm your identity. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or another competent supervisory authority.
